| Leroy called us less than a week before to book this wedding. He explained that he had a brilliant idea – to club together with some friends to book a video for the wedding day of his friends. Fortunately we managed to juggle things around so that we could cover it. Waterton Park Hotel must be one of the most idyllic settings in the North of England. Walton Hall is situated on an island in the centre of a lake. The only access is via a footbridge so the island is a haven of tranquillity – the loudest noise often being the ducks! |

| James is a rugby player and has represented England and has a fabulous muscular physique. Helana is equally stunning – and has appeared nationwide on posters advertising financial services – what a gorgeous couple. And there were lots more young (and not so young) beautiful people attending their wedding. James made a spectacular arrival at the wedding in a white Porsche. Helana tossed her bouquet to her bridesmaids – a tradition dating to the fourteenth century. It was a great moment and some slo-mo treatment on the clip makes for some entertaining video! |

Our work as cinematographers is evolving with each wedding we film, and our passion and creativity seem to grow with each one completed. Helana and James were the perfect subjects for us to use our latest film techniques to achieve a glamorous, on-location style of video. Helana and James were so blissfully preoccupied with each other, we were able to capture some truly romantic footage in the grounds of Walton Hall.
Knowing glances, affectionate smiles – a gorgeous couple on one of the happiest days of their lives – it was a real pleasure to record the days events and provide the couple with a DVD which I am sure will be watched and enjoyed many times in years to come. |
